dolls | aureza + Laurent Orseau + tiivi

The "dolls" project is the result of a collaboration between three persons: aureza wrote the words, tiivi played the music, and Laurent Orseau took the pictures. This project was born at the Braderie de Lille in 2002 when in one of the first stalls that Laurent was walking by, he came across a naked doll sitting on an armchair with her legs wide open. Most of the pictures that he took on that day revolved around the theme of these dolls shamelessly displayed to passers-by. Later on, as he intended to take part in the "Image Latente" project, Laurent offered aureza to write a text based on a selection of seven pictures. She did so brilliantly, and eventually, tiivi added some sound to make the whole thing even more thrilling...

The object is made up of seven 10cm x 13cm pictures, bristol boards with the texts, and a cd. All these ingredients come in a clear plastic sleeve.
